SiAECOSYS Holds Team Retreat at Qiandao Lake

Qiandao Lake, November 2026 — SiAECOSYS held a company team retreat at Qiandao Lake from November 28 to 30, bringing employees together for three days of shared experiences, outdoor activities, and team bonding.

The retreat combined scenic exploration, local cuisine, and group activities designed to strengthen connections across teams. Against the backdrop of Qiandao Lake's renowned scenery, colleagues from different departments had the opportunity to interact beyond their day-to-day roles in a relaxed and informal setting.

At SiAECOSYS, we believe that strong teams are built not only through collaboration at work, but also through shared experiences and lasting memories. The retreat reflected the company's ongoing commitment to fostering team spirit and a positive, people-centered culture as the business continues to grow.

The three days concluded with a shared sense of achievement and renewed energy — and a clear message: different moments, shared happiness, one team.
